Cold Plunge
Experience the revitalizing power of cold plunging at Just Breathe. This time-honored practice boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, uplifts your mood, and supports muscle recovery. Immerse yourself in refreshing cold water for a rejuvenating reset, surrounded by the serenity of nature. With three adjustable tanks, you can choose the temperature that best matches your comfort and level of challenge.
Sauna
Unwind in our nature-inspired barrel sauna, where gentle, consistent heat soothes the body and calms the mind. The warmth helps relieve stress, improve circulation, promote detoxification, and restore overall well-being. Spacious yet cozy, the sauna comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and connection in a tranquil outdoor setting.
